Landlords – as we know, there is lots of new legislation due to come into effect in 2020. Clear, honest communication and open discussion are key if we’re going to prosper.

To this end, I have created a group, Swansea Landlord Circle, on Facebook for landlords with property in Swansea to join. In the group, I’ll be sharing daily hints and tips to help you get the best from your rental property, as well as sharing information on legal updates and legislation changes to help landlords stay compliant.

I would also love to hear from you – I want to know what challenges you’re facing, and how we as landlords can overcome them.

You don’t have to be a client of McCartan to join. If you know of other landlords who could use a little extra (informal) support, please feel free to invite them.
