The average rent in Swansea is currently £783pcm – up 1.28% from last month.
Now we’re at the end of Q2, we can see that the average rent in Swansea has increased by 1.79% since the end of Q1 – not something we would have expected to see considering the market has been on lockdown since the end of March!
It has decreased by 0.63% compared with the average figure for June 2019, however.
