Our office will be closed on Friday 15th April and Monday 18th April for the Easter Bank Holiday.
Rents received during this time will be processed to our landlords when we return to the office on Tuesday.
We’re asking that tenants on our managed service continue to report maintenance to us as usual, though please be aware that only urgent issues will be dealt with during this time. All other issues will be dealt with in order of priority when we return.
We’re also reminding tenants to report maintenance issues to us via our 24/7 online maintenance reporting system on our website. All issues regardless of severity should be reported through our website first, and can then be followed up via the out-of-hours maintenance mobile number (provided to you when you moved in).
