McCartan Christmas Working Hours

McCartan Christmas Working Hours

Hannah McCartan
8th December 2020

Thank you for all your support this year. It’s been a real rollercoaster!

Just to remind you, visits to our office continue to be by appointment only. We are also available to schedule video calls via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, and telephone calls.

Our Christmas break will begin on 23rd December 2020 and end on 4th January 2021.

Landlords on our managed service can expect rents to be paid on 18th, 22nd, and 30th December. Normal banking will resume on 4th January.

Managed tenants can continue to report maintenance to us during this time through the “Report Maintenance” function on our website as usual. Non-urgent issues will be dealt with upon our return.

If you need to report an emergency out-of-hours maintenance issue, please call the emergency maintenance mobile number provided to you when you moved in (this was also resent to all tenants via email last week). If your call isn’t answered, please leave a voicemail and send a text message including your name, the property address, and what the problem is. We do occasionally receive cold calls to this number. A member of McCartan staff will then call you back ASAP. If you are able to, please then also report the issue (including photos) through our website.

Thank you for working with us, and for your support this year. We wish you a restive holiday season and a happy, healthy new year!
