Expanding the Team & Christmas Working Hours

Hannah McCartan
30th November 2021

This summer, we welcomed Jack Phillips to the McCartan team as our new Lettings Assistant.

Jack comes from a customer service background, having worked for Admiral Insurance and won their Customer Service Award.

He’s new to the lettings industry, but last month passed his Rent Smart Wales Agent Licence training. His role within the team is to welcome visitors to our office, and to assist our Tenancy Managers Abigail and Georgia.

Already, we’ve been getting some great feedback on his work, and he can’t wait to meet you all!

Christmas Working Hours

Our last working day before Christmas will be Thursday 23rd December (2021). We will back open on Tuesday 4th January (2022).

Tenants on our managed service will still have access to our 24/7 online maintenance reporting system and the out of hours maintenance mobile number (given to you when you moved in) to report issues over the festive break, although please note only emergencies will be dealt with during this period. All issues should be reported through our website first, and can then be followed up via the mobile number.

Please also note: for safety, visits to our office are still to be by appointment only.

If it isn’t too early, we wish you all a very happy, healthy Christmas and New Year!
