Summer has definitely arrived, and there is excitement here in Killay as the first batch of properties in the Hendrefoilan Development are starting to go up.
This month, I am encouraging Landlords to begin planning for changes in legislation regarding energy efficiency, and asking for your help as I undertake research into how changes like this affect Swansea Landlords.
