This month, we are pleased to have completed work on this traditional 2 double bedroom house in the ever popular location of Uplands, turning it into a modernised, clean and appealing family home whilst retaining some of its original period features.

 

In close contact with the landlord, we organised the complete renovation of the bathroom with the intention of creating a more sleek, clean-looking space. 

 

The whole property has been fully redecorated in modern, natural tones, and new carpets have been laid.

 

 

   

 

   

 

   

 

Within walking distance of Uplands Square with its many shops, cafes, wine bars and award-winning restaurants, and not too far from Singleton Park, Singleton Hospital, and Swansea University, it is a highly desirable place to live. Apparently, it is also one of the "hippest" places to live in the country!
