Our Killay office will be closed from 1pm on Friday 23rd December, and will re-open again at 9am on Tuesday 3rd January.

Maintenance

For tenants on our managed service, we ask that you report minor maintenance issues in the usual way via the "report maintenance" button on our website. These will be dealt with in the new year. 

The team will be available over the festive period for emergencies only. If you experience an emergency, please call us on the out of hours maintenance mobile. If your call isn't answered straight away, please leave a voicemail, and/or send a text message, and we will respond as soon as possible.

For landlords on our let only service, we would recommend getting in touch with your tenants to let them know who to contact should there be any maintenance issues over Christmas.
