If you find yourself thinking there’s more important things you want to be doing with your time beside handling maintenance calls and chasing rent, we’d recommend Full Management.

We are transparent with our fees, and you can find them all listed below with VAT included.

£149.00 (per hour appointment)
Property Sourcing Service:
1.8% of purchase price
Furnishing Advisory Service:
By quotation (dependant on size of property)

Whichever you choose, you can be confident we are giving your property the same exposure, and that your applicants will undergo the same diligent referencing procedures.

It’s then up to you whether you’d like us to take the worry off your hands completely, or set you up for a smooth and successful tenancy you manage yourself.
