PropertyFile – Adding Even More Value To Our Service

During our recent survey, it was clear that our Landlords would like more visibility of costs and statements, and whilst appreciative of the communication levels we already offer, they want to know more about what’s going on with their property.

In response to this, we have now launched PropertyFile: a new, interactive addition to our website that will allow Landlords to see their account, download monthly statements and important documents, and view active maintenance works orders.

PropertyFile has benefits for Tenants, too. Tenants will be able to see their account, access copies of their tenancy agreement, and report maintenance issues.

It can be accessed from your web browser, and for Tenants, there is also an app available and free to download from the App Store and Google Play.

Putting Landlords In Control

We know unforeseen maintenance costs are in the top 3 major concerns for Swansea Landlords; works orders and updates on works progress will appear on Landlords accounts in PropertyFile, too, making it easier to know and access information about on-going maintenance jobs, no matter how big or small, and plan accordingly for the expense.

Document Sharing 

PropertyFile gives us the ability to share all important documents with Tenants and Landlords, allowing 24 hour access to tenancy agreements, inspection reports, maintenance works orders, and landlord/tenant statements.

Notifications & Messaging

Landlords and Tenants are kept informed with a personal newsfeed, and are sent notifications every time a new document is ready for viewing, an issue has been reported, or a routine inspection is due.

As a Landlord/Tenant with us, you will soon receive an account activation email from us. Please keep an eye out for this email! Instructions on what to do next will be in that email. Once you have activated your account, you will be able to view your file with us (and at no extra charge).

PropertyFile is our new maintenance reporting system, helping to getting issues resolved quickly and phone call free.

As one of our tenants, you can now report maintenance issues in a few simple steps, either online or through the PropertyFile app which is available for free download on the Apple App and Google Play Stores. You’ll also be able to access all of your important documents such as your tenancy agreement, and get updated with notifications throughout your tenancy with us.
