Once you have chosen your property we will use the CCV Letting Agent Solutions referencing service to secure your tenancy. Our Inventory Clerks will compile a full Inventory for managed properties. At Check In meter readings are taken by the Clerk and we will notify the utility companies once you have moved in. The Check In is an opportunity for you to check over the property and meter readings and agree them. Most let only landlords also have Inventories on their properties and will discuss this with you.

Your deposit will be held in the secure Government approved Deposit Protection Service, which will ensure a smooth move at the end of you tenancy. A Check Out is undertaken the day after you leave (subject to annual leave for the IIC’s) and this report then forms the basis of any deductions from your deposit.
