• 4th January 2009 - The opening of our new office, located on Gower road in killay!
• 10th October 2009 - McCartan Lettings enters the Estate and Letting Agent of the Year Awards 2010
• 25th September 2009 - Our new improved website goes live
• 2nd September 2009 – McCartan Lettings celebrates its third birthday
• 1st October 2008 – Energy Performance Certificates are introduced as a requirement for all rental properties let after this date
• June 2008 - Sarah Coe completes anti money laundering regulations course
• 6th April 2008 - Sarah Coe is appointed Property Manager
• 4th October 2007 - Owner, Hannah McCartan is nominated for 'Business Achievement' award by the Swansea Bay Business Woman of the Year
• 15th Nov 2006 - Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) award McCartan Lettings with Level 1 rating
• 1st Nov 2006 - McCartan Lettings are awarded membership of The National Aproved Letting Scheme
• Membership with the Property Ombudsman for Letting Agents
