Looking for a property? Give us a list of your requirements and we will search our comprehensive property portfolio to find the right home in the right area for you. When you have chosen your property we then use an online referencing system to guarantee a fast response to confirm your tenancy.

Before you move in, we commission a full independent inventory on our managed properties that will ensure a smooth Check In at the start of your tenancy. A written record of the property’s condition is then provided within 2 weeks of your tenancy start. At the end of your tenancy the Independent Inventory Clerk returns to undertake your Check Out which is used as the basis of any deductions from your deposit. Use of the Independent Inventory Clerk means there is an unbiased record of the property’s condition. It is an additional way to protect your deposit.
