- A free initial visit to your property with advice as to the likely achievable rental income and a comparable to support our recommendations.
- Assessment of your requirements and advise on presentation to maximise the rental income and minimise void period.
- An extensive and energetic marketing strategy to suit your property. We advertise on ALL of the major property web portals with full colour photographs and full detailed description of your property.
- Advise on legal aspects of letting and common pit-falls.

- Negotiation of the terms of the tenancy agreement.
- nterviewing prospective tenants and taking up full references including credit checks, photographic I.D. and proof of residency. Where necessary, sometimes additional security would be requested by means of a Guarantor. In the case of a company, referencing will be carried out on the Director.
