ABOUT US
McCartan Lettings has years of experience working in the rental
sector in South West Wales. The firm was established by Hannah
McCartan, who understands the needs of both tenants and landlords.
This is why she has developed a versatile package of services that
take the stress out of renting from both sides of the market.
Whilst McCartan Lettings offers a high quality service we also use the latest on-line technology to update landlords and help prospective tenants find their ideal home.
As McCartan Lettings concentrates solely on the rental market, we are able to offer a bespoke high quality service to all our clients. It also means we have a thorough knowledge of the properties available with us making it easy to match tenants to properties. Our hands on approach means we are also able to tell quickly if we have people waiting for new properties marketed with us.
Hannah's professional approach to her work was recognised when she was nominated for the prestigious Swansea Bay Woman of the Year Award in 2007. Since then, the business has expanded and in 2008 a Property Manager, Sarah Coe, was appointed, who has a wide variety of experience to bring to the post. Together they offer a professional service aiming to respond to landlord and tenant enquiries the same day. With the help of the support team, all the staff at McCartan Lettings are able to focus on quality of service and to concentrate on maintaining good relationships with both landlords and tenants. This quality of service has been confirmed by receipt of the Bronze Award for Lettings & Property Management at the 2010 ESTAS. The award was voted for by our landlords and McCartan Lettings received higher than average scores for nearly every question.
NFOPP QUALIFICATION ACHIEVED
Both Hannah McCartan & Sarah Coe have passed their NFOPP Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management. Both already have extensive experience as letting agent and property manager for McCartan Lettings & Property Management Limited and in a drive to improve and update their knowledge, they have spent the last five months working towards this Industry recognised qualification.
Hannah McCartan says "For me, it is evidence of our professionalism and shows our clients that they are dealing with someone who is knowledgeable and that they can trust to do a good job". The qualification is nationally recognised and a requirement for entry into the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), the only professional, self-regulating body specialising in the private rental sector.
